Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING for the Leone Smith Minor Subdivision request.
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Zoning Administrator to receive public comment on the above listed request for property located at approximately 13530 South 300 East The applicant is requesting approval for a Minor Subdivision for the purpose of dividing one lot into two lots in the R3 (Residential 13,000 sq. ft. minimum lot area) zone. The minor subdivision will divide the 0.92 acre lot into two lots, with the first proposed lot at 0.54 acres and the second at 0.38 acres.
