To be posted on Friday, June 9, 2023, on the Utah Public Notice Website, the Draper City Website, and at Draper City Hall.

 

Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING for the City Initiated Water-Wise Landscaping and Site Amendments Ordinance request. 

Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council to receive public comment on the above listed request, applicable citywide. The purpose of the request is to amending and/or enacting multiple sections within Title 9 and Title 17 of Draper City Municipal Code regarding definitions, site plan review, site design, landscaping including water-wise landscaping, screening, parking area design, outdoor storage and display, improvement completion assurances, and related subdivision requirements.

The hearing will be held on June 20, 2023, at 7:00 pm at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, in the City Council Chambers.
