Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING for the Welling Fence Conditional Use Permit request.
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission to receive public comment on the above listed request for property located at approximately 1128 E. Walden Lane. The purpose of the request is to increase the fence height to six feet (6’) in the front yard on an approximate 0.47 acre site in the RA2 (Single Family Residential 20,000 square foot minimum area). This 6’ vinyl privacy fence will run along a portion of the front property line.
