REQUEST FOR BIDS

FOR THE 2023 PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE PROJECT

The scope of this project will be to provide all the labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to perform slurry crack seal, slurry seal, scrub seal, roadway structural repairs and related work on streets within Draper City as described in the project plans and specifications.

Bid documents and specifications may be reviewed and obtained after 5:00 pm Friday, May 19th, 2023 on SCIQUEST.COM. 5% Bid Bond will be required.

The Engineering Division will receive electronic responses through SCIQUEST.COM until 2:00pm, on Thursday, June 1st, 2023. Responses received after this time will not be accepted. Responses will be publicly opened at the above-stated time and date, with only the names of the firms submitting responses and their total bid amounts being read. All interested parties are invited to attend.

Questions concerning the scope of work, response submittal, or process should be directed to us electronically through SCIQUEST before 5:00 pm, Tuesday, May 31st, 2023.

The City is not responsible for expenses incurred prior to award by the City Council. Draper City reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any irregularities, informalities, or technicalities deemed in the best interest of the City.
