REQUEST FOR BIDS

FOR THE HUNTERS POINT RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT

The scope of this project will be to provide all the labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to install storm drain, remove and replace asphalt, remove and replace and select curb and gutter, sidewalk, and ADA ramp in the Hunters Point Subdivision; 500 E from approximately 13710 South to Stokes Avenue as described in the project plans and specifications.

Bid documents and specifications will be posted on SCIQUEST on or before Thursday, May 4TH, 2023 at 5:00 pm. A 5% Bid Bond will be required.

The Engineering Division will receive electronic responses on SCIQUEST.COM until 2:00 pm on Thursday, May 18TH, 2023. Responses received after this time will not be accepted. Responses will be publicly opened at the above-stated time and date, with only the names of the firms submitting responses and their total bid amounts being read. All interested parties are invited to attend.

Questions concerning the scope of work, response submittal, or process should be directed to us electronically through SCIQUEST before 12:00 pm on Wednesday, May 17th, 2023.

The City is not responsible for expenses incurred prior to award by the City Council. Draper City reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any irregularities, informalities, or technicalities deemed in the best interest of the City.
