With a significant snow storm predicted to start overnight tonight and continue through Tuesday evening, Draper City plow drivers are preparing. Plows will be out continuously through the storm event.
The storm warning from the National Weather Service is estimating 5-10 inches on valley floors and between 1-2 feet at higher elevations. Please be patient with plowing efforts and review the City’s snow removal policies and procedures.
SunCrest residents – depending upon how fast the snow falls and the total accumulation, it may take 24-48 hours to complete snow removal on residential streets. Please plan accordingly and avoid travel if possible.
Anyone who must travel should keep an extra flashlight, food, water, and blankets or extra clothing in your vehicle in case of an emergency. Review the vehicle emergency kit checklist on the Draper Wellness web page for more tips.
