[ARCHIVED] Traverse Ridge Water Transmission Line - Traffic Pattern Change

Traffic Pattern Change 1080x608

Draper City has been working on a project to repair and upgrade the main water line in Traverse Ridge Road over the past two years. This water main provides all of the water to residents in the SunCrest area and the Utah County neighborhoods of Draper. Steps to finish this project are underway, with the next of several completion phases scheduled for March 27-31. Work will be done in stages over this time period to avoid having to shut off water service for residents. Water service will continue as normal, however, we ask residents in the SunCrest area and Utah County neighborhoods of Draper to be mindful of water usage and conserve wherever possible during this period to help us avoid any outages.

Also, as previously configured, traffic on Traverse Ridge Rd will be restricted to one lane each direction on the downhill side during this timeframe (see maps linked below). This traffic pattern is expected to be in place until approximately April 14. Please drive safely through the work zone. Furthermore, the intersection of SunCrest Drive, Traverse Ridge, and Deer Ridge will have flaggers and will be restricted to controlled, one way traffic on Deer Ridge from approximately 7 AM to 7 PM each day while the water is shut down.

We appreciate your patience as this critical water line project continues wrapping up. Additional notices will be distributed for each phase of completion.
