As follow up to Draper City's previous communication regarding Geneva Rock's proposed expansion of mining operations at the Point of the Mountain quarry, the Utah Division of Oil, Gas and Mining (DOGM) is holding a public hearing tomorrow, Friday, January 27 at 9 AM at the Department of Natural Resources Building (1594 W. North Temple, Salt Lake City).

The proceedings may be viewed in person or virtually via live stream. No virtual participation will be permitted. The public comment period for this expansion has expired, and additional public comments are no longer accepted.
Draper City will continue to provide updates as this process continues.
