Notice of Public Hearing:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on December 8, 2022, to receive public comment on a request by Jake Hemingway for a Master Area Plan Amendment, known as Draper Frontrunner Apartments Master Area Plan Amendment, located at approximately 13003 S. Frontrunner Boulevard. The purpose of the amendment is to amend density allocations with the current Master Plan Area. The density allocations will be relocated from one area of the master plan to another. There will be no increase in the number of residential units in the master plan area.
