We are aware that utility billings sent out on July 1 & 2, 2014 included a printing error in the “Pay This Amount” and “Amount Due” fields. We are currently in the process of sending out corrected bills. The amount actually billed on your account was correct, the error occurred ONLY in the printing of the bills. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
If you have autopay setup through Xpress Bill Pay, those amounts were not affected by this issue.
