NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on September 22, 2022 to receive public comment on a request by Troy Dana, representing Draper Office Associates, LLC, for a Development Agreement, known as the Avery Townhomes Development Agreement, located at approximately 638 East 12225 South, for the purpose of limiting the number of residential units at the site to 21.
