NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on August 16, 2022, to receive public comment on a request by Troy Dana, representing Draper Office Associates, LLC for Land Use and Zoning Map Amendments, known as the Avery Townhomes Rezone, located at approximately 638 E. 12225 S., Draper, UT 84020, to change the land use from Neighborhood Commercial to High-Density Residential and the zoning from OR (Office/Residential) to RM2 (Multi-Family Residential, up to 12 du/ac).
