Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on July 19, 2022, at 7:00 pm to receive public comment on a request by Draper City. For a Development Agreement and a Zoning Map Amendment from TC, RA1 and RA2 zones to the R5 zone and a Land Use Map Amendment from the Town Center and Residential Low/Medium Density designations to the Residential Medium/High Designation, known as the Fitzgerald Property Development Agreement, Zoning Map and Land Use Map Amendments, located at approximately 1060 East Pioneer Rd., for the purpose of allowing 22.37 acres to be developed into 62 single-family residential lots.
