Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on June 23, 2022 to receive public comment on a request by Mark McKee, representing Exeter Draper Land LLC and ARCO Design Build. For an Amended Development Agreement known as the Exeter (Summit Commerce Center) Amended Development Agreement, located at approximately 13004 S. Pony Express Road, for the purpose of amending the existing Development Agreement to allow for a Fast Food Restaurant as a Permitted Use under the agreement.
