Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on May 3, 2022, to receive public comment on a request by Scott Irvine, representing IOP, LC. For a Text Amendment, known as the Irvine CSD Medical Text Amendment, located at approximately 344 West 13800 South, for the purpose of amending DCMC Section 9-18N-020 to add the use “Medical or Dental Laboratory” as a permitted use in the Irvine Commercial Special District zone.
