Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on April 19, 2022, to receive public comment on a request by Andy Flamm. For a Zoning Map Amendment and Development Agreement, known as the Jarvie Estates Phase 2 Zoning Map Amendment and Development Agreement, located at approximately 498 East 13800 South, for the purpose of rezoning 1.14 acres of property from RA1 to RA2 and waiving the minimum private lane width standards for Jarvie Lane.
