[ARCHIVED] Utility Billing Equal Pay Enrollment

2022 Equal Payment Plan button

The Equal Payment Plan is a voluntary option for residents. In this plan, your monthly equal payment amount is calculated using your yearly usage from the previous billing year and divided equally over a 12 month period.

If you choose to enroll, your new calculated Equal Pay amount will be reflected on your January bill that is due in February. The amount may change due to changes in lifestyle or city council-approved rate changes.

To be eligible for the Equal Payment Plan your account must be in good standing (no late or missed payments in the previous 12 months). If you are on the Equal Payment Plan and miss more than one monthly payment, you will be removed from the program and will be subject to any and all late and shut off fees associated with non-payment of your account.

To participate, fill out the online form here OR download a PDF of the form here to complete and bring back to the Utility Billing Department at Draper City Hall, which is located at 1020 E. Pioneer Rd.
