Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on December 16, 2021, to receive public comment on a request by Howard Cooke, representing Gardner Company for a Master Area Plan Amendment and Text Amendment, known as the Vista 600 West Master Area Plan Amendment, located at approximately 13645 S 600 W, for the purpose of modifying the exhibits within the master area plan and eliminating an office building from the design. In its place will be two additional residential buildings. The amendment will also modify the written standards of the master area plan to eliminate references to hotel and office uses, and modify architectural standards for residential structures. The application will also amend Draper City Municipal Code Section 9-14-110 to update the intensity areas exhibited in the new concept plan.
