Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on December 16, 2021, to receive public comment on a request by Ryan Simmons, representing Boyer Company. For a Land Use Map Amendment, Zoning Map Amendment and a Development Agreement, known as the Fitzgerald Subdivision, located at approximately 1060 East Pioneer Road, for the purpose of changing the Land Use Map designations from Town Center and Residential Low/Medium Density to a mixture of Town Center, Residential High Density, and Residential Medium Density; a Zoning Map Amendment to change the zoning from TC (Town Center) and RA1 (Residential Agricultural, 40,000 square foot lot minimum), and RA2 (Residential Agricultural, 40,000 square foot lot minimum) to TC, RM2 (Multi-family Residential, up to 12 dwelling units per acres), and R4 (Single-family Residential, 10,000 square foot lot minimum) zones; and a Development Agreement to approve a specific layout, lot sizes, setbacks, and building heights.
