Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on December 14, 2021, to receive public comment on a request by Brad Reynolds, representing Brad Reynolds Construction, Inc. For a Zoning Map Amendment and Land Use Map Amendment, known as the Meadows of Draper Zoning and Land Use Map Amendment, located at approximately 286 West River Chapel Rd., to obtain a Zoning Map Amendment from the A2 (Agricultural, 2-acre lot minimum) zone to the RM2 (Multi-family Residential, up to 12 dwelling units per acre) zone and a Land Use Map Amendment from the Community Commercial designation to the Residential High-Density designation
