[ARCHIVED] Utility Bill Payment Email Error Update

Utility billing phishing email 11-1-21

Draper residents have received an email requesting utility bill payment that was sent in error by a third-party financial vendor contracted with the City (not Xpress Bill Pay). Do not submit payments or personal information in response to this email.  

Following is what the email looks like, with personal information removed.
