Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on July 20, 2021 to receive public comment on a request by Brian Newberry, representing BNSN Investements LLC. for a request, known as the BNSN Zoning Map Amendment, located at approximately 12775 S. 1600 E. (Costanza Way), for the purpose of amending the zoning map from A5 (Agricultural, 5-acre minimum lot size) to RA2 (Residential Agricultural, 20,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size).
