Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on Thursday, June 24, 2021 to receive public comment on a request by Brian Newberry, representing BNSN Investements LLC. for a request, known as the BNSN Zoning Map Amendment, located at approximately 12775 S. Costanza Way, for the purpose of amending the zoning map from A5 (Agricultural, 5 acre minimum lot size) to RA2 (Residential Agricultural, 20,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size).
The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on June 24, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. Electronic participation options will be listed on the agenda and on the City’s website at www.draperutah.gov.
