NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on June 12, 2014, to receive public comment on a request by Chad Anderson, representing Goff Mortuary for a Zone Change, known as the Anderson and Goff Mortuary Zone Change, on 1.7 acres of land at approximately 11859 South 700 East for the purpose of rezoning the property from RA1 (Residential Agricultural, 40,000 square foot lot minimum) zoning district to the CC (Community Commercial) zoning district.
The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on June 12, 2014, at 6:30 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, 801-576-6328.
