Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold an electronic public hearing before the City Council on June 1, 2021, to receive public comment on a request by Tyler Bodrero, representing Pace CM. For the purpose of 1) changing the Land Use designation from Neighborhood Commercial to Residential High Density, 2) changing the Zoning designation from A5 (Agricultural) to RM2 (Multiple Family Residential), and 3) requesting a Development Agreement specifying the type and number of dwelling units. This application is known as the NCS Residential Development and is on 9.81 acres located at approximately 12197 South 300 East.
