NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on May 4, 2021, to receive public comment on a request by Draper City for a Text Amendment, known as the City Initiated State Law Changes Text Amendment, for the purpose of amending multiple portions of Draper City Municipal Code Titles 9 and 17 pertaining to recent changes in State Law. This meeting will be an electronic meeting. Participation options will be listed on the agenda and the City’s website.
