An ordinance of Draper City amending the text Section 9-23-110 of the land use and development code of Draper City Municipal Code relating to landscaping and hedgerows in land use buffers.

A Resolution, on the request of Dave Mast, representing DJ Investment Group LLC, for a ninth amendment to the Development Agreement for Hidden Canyon Estates, Mercer Mountain Estates, and Lakeview Heights. This amendment will modify fencing standards within the Lone Peak Canyon phase of Hidden Canyon Estates, located generally at 2563 East Canyon Edge Drive.
