NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold an electronic public hearing before the Planning Commission on April 8, 2021, to receive public comment on a request by Bryon Prince, representing Ivory Development LLC for a Development Agreement, known as the Big Willow Creek 3rd Development Agreement Amendment, located at approximately 491 West 11400 South, for the purpose of amending provisions of the agreement, including development access and road width standards.
The hearing will be held at www.draperutah.gov, Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on April 8, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, (801) 576-6328.
