Shipp Barn (Stokes) Development Agreement Request
On the request of Nate Shipp for approval of a Development Agreement for approximately 2.52 acres located on the south side of Stokes Ave, at approximately 570 East Stokes Ave. The property is currently zoned RA2. The applicant is requesting that a Development Agreement be approved to allow for the development of the property for a future residential subdivision. The development would include one lot at this time, with the potential for three additional lots at a future date. The Planning Commission reviewed the request at their February 11, 2021 meeting and forwarded a positive recommendation to the City Council. The Council unanimously approved the development agreement tonight.
