NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on March 25, 2021, to receive public comment on a request by Draper City for a Text Amendment, known as the City Initiated Hedgerow Text Amendment, for the purpose of amending Draper City Municipal Code Section 9-23-110 pertaining to the use of hedgerows and other landscaping elements within land use buffers. This meeting will be an electronic meeting. Participation options will be listed on the agenda and the City’s website.
