City Initiated 2021 Bulk Text Amendments #1 (Legislative Item)

Item continued to the March 25, 2021 Planning Commission meeting.

Christensen Office Building Ph. II Amended Site Plan Request (Administrative Action)

Approved

On the request of LaVar Christensen for approval of an Amended Site Plan for approximately 0.65 acres located on the east side of 700 East, at approximately 11681 South. The property is currently zoned CC. The applicant is requesting that an Amended Site Plan be approved to allow for modification to the buffer fence standards along the south property line in order to install a hedge row in place of a fence.

Foret Floral Home Occupation Conditional Use Permit (Administrative Action)

Approved

On the request of Lucia Foret for approval of a Home Occupation Conditional Use Permit for approximately 0.23 acres located on the north side of Rockwell Vista, at approximately 623 E Rockwell Vista. The property is currently zoned C-2. The applicant is requesting that a Home Occupation Conditional Use Permit be approved to allow for a home occupation Business as a florist.  There are not be any customers or employees at the property.

Fort Street Office Site Plan Request (Administrative Action)

Approved

On the request of Greg Kimball for approval of a Site Plan for approximately 0.38 acres located on the east side of Fort St., at approximately 12587 South Fort St. The property is currently zoned TC. The applicant is requesting that a Site Plan be approved to allow for the development of a portion of the property into a two-story office building. The existing home on the property will remain.

Godfrey Subdivision Plat Amendment (Administrative Action)

Approved

On the request of Scott Godfrey for approval of a Plat Amendment for approximately 3.442 acres located on the west side of 1700 E, at approximately 1661 W 12435 S. The property is currently zoned RA2. The applicant is requesting that a Plat Amendment be approved to allow for the amendment of the Godfrey Subdivision for the creation 5 lots. This will create one additional lot on the property.
