City Initiated Queuing Definition and Bulk Text Amendment (Legislative Action)

This text amendment is on the request of Draper City. It will create a definition for the term Queuing, as it relates to parking, and makes small scale clarifications within the code. These include eliminating outdated references to Unified Fire Authority, uses no longer allowed within the code, and design guidelines that are no longer utilized.
