PUBLIC HEARINGS

Jarvie Estates #2 Plat Amendment (Administrative Action)

Approved

On the request of Jacob Toombs, representing Millcreek Homes for approval of a Plat Amendment for approximately 4 acres located on the south side of 13800 S at approximately 540 E. The property is currently zoned RA2.  The applicant is requesting that a Plat Amendment be approved to allow for the addition of 5 half-acre lots, for a total of 7 lots, to the Jarvie Estates Subdivision.

Shipp Barn (Stokes) Development Agreement Request (Legislative Action)

Positive Recommendation Forwarded to City Council

On the request of Nate Shipp for approval of a Development Agreement for approximately 2.52 acres located on the south side of Stokes Ave, at approximately 570 East Stokes Ave. The property is currently zoned RA2. The applicant is requesting that a Development Agreement be approved to allow for the development of the property for a future residential subdivision. The development would include one lot at this time, with the potential for three additional lots at a future date. 

City Initiated Queuing Definition and Bulk Text Amendment (Legislative Action)

Positive Recommendation Forwarded to City Council

On the request of Draper City for approval of a Text Amendment for the purpose of amending regulations pertaining to parking spaces for queuing, site plan reviews, zone purposes of commercial zones, update references to fire code standards and street names, general development and design standards, gating of private streets, and general requirements for lots within subdivisions. The intent is to make text amendments that are clarifying in nature.
