Kohler Fence Conditional Use Permit (Administrative Action): ITEM APPROVED
On the request of Braxton Roth, for a Conditional Use Permit for approximately 1.38 acres located on the north side of 13200 south, at approximately 1197 E 13200 S. The property is currently zoned RA2. The applicant is requesting that a Conditional Use Permit be approved to allow for an increased fence height to 8-feet in a single family residential zone deviating from the Draper City Municipal Code maximum height of 6-feet. The 8-foot tall fence is proposed along the east property line.
Summit Commerce Center Subdivision Plat Amendment (Administrative Action): ITEM APPROVED
On the request of Brad Reha, for a Subdivision Plat Amendment for approximately 26.937 acres located on the west side of Pony Express Road, at approximately 12965 S. Wheatfield Way. The property is currently zoned M1. The applicant is requesting that a Subdivision Plat Amendment be approved to allow for consolidation of the existing lots in the Greenfield Farms Subdivision into a single lot to facilitate future development of the site with larger commercial and manufacturing buildings.
Rivermark 2 Lots 210 and 211 Plat Amendment (Administrative Action): ITEM APPROVED
On the request of Peter Gamvroulas, for a Plat Amendment for approximately 0.92 acres located at approximately 1079 E 13015 S. The property is currently zoned RA2. The applicant is requesting that a Plat Amendment be approved to allow for the consolidation of Lots 210 and 211 into one residential building lot.
HCA Lone Peak Hospital Dietary and Imaging Expansion - Site Plan Amendment Request (Administrative Action): ITEM APPROVED
On the request of Jason Yost, for an amended site plan for approximately 35.98 acres located on the east side of State Street at approximately 11925 South State Street. The applicant is requesting that an amended site plan be approved to allow for an expansion of approximately 17,000 square feet to the existing Lone Peak Hospital facility. The applicant is also requesting Draper City Municipal Code deviations for building materials. When the original hospital was built, it was built primarily of EIFS as an exterior material. The applicant would like to use EIFS on the addition to match the original.
Wolf Addition Amended Site Plan (Administrative Action): ITEM APPROVED
On the request of Christian Wolf, for an Amended Site Plan and modification of development requirements for approximately 1.75 acres at approximately 12169 S. Kodiak Ct. The property is currently zoned RA2 (Residential Agricultural, 20,000 ft² min lot size). The applicant is requesting that an Amended Site Plan and modification of development requirements be approved to allow for development on slopes in excess of 30% for the purpose of adding onto the existing home and making changes to the site grading and landscaping.
Windsor Mill Townhomes and Office 2nd Site Plan Request (Administrative Action): ITEM APPROVED
On the request of Jay Olsen, approval of a site plan for approximately 4.789 acres located at approximately 11450 S 820 W. The property is currently zoned RM1, CN, and RA2 The applicant is requesting that a site plan be approved to allow for the development of the currently vacant site into 30 townhome units and a an office building. This project was originally approved in 2019, but that approval expired. The applicant is seeking new approvals for the property, and is proposing the same development design as was approved in 2019.
Alice Lane Site Plan (Administrative Action): ITEM APPROVED
On the request of Cori Place, for a Site Plan for approximately 1.75 acres located on the east side of Lone Peak Parkway and South of Ikea Way, at approximately 123 W. Ikea Way. The property is currently zoned CSD-DRC (Dahle Retail Center Commercial Special District). The applicant is requesting that a Site Plan be approved to allow for the development of the currently vacant site as an office building with a furniture showroom and storage space.
Quinn Court Office 2nd Amended Site Plan (Administrative Action): APPLICATION WITHDRAWN BY APPLICANT
On the request of Jay Rice, for approval of an Amended Site Plan for approximately 1.93 acres located on the west side of 700 East, at approximately 11980 South 700 East. The property is currently zoned CN. The applicant is requesting that an Amended Site Plan be approved to allow for a modification to the buffer wall standards.
Crosspoint CSD Zoning Text and Zoning Map Amendment (Legislative Action): ITEM CONTINUED
On the request of Ralph Johnson, for approval of a zoning text and zoning map amendment for approximately 17.26 acres located at approximately 166 E. Highland Drive. The property is currently zoned CR. The applicant is requesting to rezone the property to create a new commercial district called the Crosspoint Commercial Special District (CSD-CP). The proposed CSD-CP zone will be located in Chapter 9-18 (Commercial Special Districts) in the DCMC. The subject property is vacant and has never been developed. The site has been zoned as CR since at least 2001.
