Chandler Pointe at South Mountain – Amended Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit Request: ITEM APPROVED
On the request of Mary O’Donnell, representing Chandler Pointe at South Mountain, for approval of an amended site plan and conditional use permit for approximately 614 square feet located at the east entrance to Chandler Pointe at South Mountain development, at approximately 14874 South Quarry Pointe Ln. The property is currently zoned RM2. The applicant is requesting that an amended site plan and conditional use permit be approved to allow for the installation of an emergency access gate at the east entrance into the subdivision.
The Exchange at 140th Building C Site Plan Approval Extension Request: ITEM APPROVED
The applicant obtained site plan approval for an office building at 14068 S 145 E on December 12, 2019. Per Draper City Municipal Code, if a land disturbance permit is not issued on a property within one year of site plan approval the approval will expire. An applicant does have the ability to request a one-time six-month extension to that expiration. The applicant has requested the extension. If approved, the approval of the site plan from December 12, 2019 will be good until June 12, 2021.
