Provide Local Consent for a Limited-Service Alcohol License:  ITEM APPROVED

The applicant, Sagar Srungarakavi, is requesting Local Consent for a Limited-Service Alcohol License for Spark Group Restaurants LLC DBA Paradise Biryani Pointe, located 280 E 12300 S Suite 110, Draper, Utah. The Local Consent for the Limited-Service Alcohol License meets the pedestrian pathway distance requirement (300+ feet) from a community location, the boundary distance requirement (200+ feet) from a community location, and the provisions of Chapter 6-4 of the Draper City Municipal Code. Draper City Municipal Code does not limit the number of Limited-Service Alcohol Licenses within city boundaries.
