NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on a proposed zoning map amendment. The applicant is requesting to amend the zoning map from A5 (Agricultural, 5-acre minimum) to CN (Neighborhood Commercial) for the property located at approximately 12197 S. 300 East. The subject property is approximately 9.8 acres in size. Application number: TEXTMAP-1066-2020. This meeting will be an electronic meeting. Participation options will be listed on the agenda and the City’s website.
