Motion to Reconsider a Decision regarding Ord #1457, the Short Subdivision Zoning Map Amendment: ITEM APPROVED
The applicant, Alex Short, has requested the City Council reconsider his application for Zoning Map Amendment in order to consider additional information that was not provided to the City Council prior to its decision on October 6, 2020. If approved by the City Council, the item will be heard at a later date. The Council will not review or make a decision on the actual zoning map amendment application at this hearing, but will decide whether to hear it at a later date.
Resolution #20-50 - Draper City Fraud Risk Assessment: ITEM APPROVED
Draper City ranked low on the scale in the fraud risk assessment by the Utah State Auditor’s Office. This assessment is designed to help measure and reduce the risk of undetected fraud, abuse, and noncompliance in local governments. This assessment will be completed on an annual basis with this report for 2020.

On the request of Todd Bradford for approval of a Land Use Map Amendment and a Zoning Map Amendment for approximately 0.96 acres located on the west side of Boulter St, at approximately 12758 South Boulter St.
