NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on October 22, 2020, to receive public comment on a request by Sean Shah with Johnson Engineering Inc., representing David Compton. for a Zoning Map and Land Use Map Amendment, known as the Shadow Mountain Subdivision Land Use and Zoning Map Amendment, located at approximately 671 East 13800 South, for the purpose of amending the Zoning Map from RA1 to RA2/R3. Additionally, the applicant would like to amend the Land Use Map for a partial designation of Residential Low/Medium to Residential Medium designation.
