ACTION ITEMS

The Annex Plat Amendment Extension Request: APPROVED

The applicant, Clayton Morgan, obtained Plat Amendment approval for the property at 690 East 12200 South on September 12, 2019. This approval allowed several properties to be combined into one and extended the subdivision boundary to include the entire development boundary of The Annex development. The approval expires one year after the approval date if a land disturbance permit is not issued. The code allows for a one time six-month extension to that approval. The applicant is requesting an extension to the approval. If approved, the new expiration date would be March 12, 2021. No changes to the plat or the conditions of approval are proposed.

PUBLIC HEARINGS

Silverlou Minor Subdivision Request: APPROVED

On the request of Shauna Hatton-Ward for a deviation from required road improvements for approximately 1.77 acres located on the east side of Fort Street at 13455 South Fort St. The applicant is requesting a deviation from the required street improvements, specifically curb, gutter, and sidewalk on a private street. The subdivision plat for Silverlou Minor Subdivision was previously approved by the Zoning Administrator on May 7, 2020. No changes to the lot sizes, property lines, or street width are proposed.

King and Laurel Aesthetic Corp Home Occupation Conditional Use Permit Request: APPROVED

On the request of David and Daphne Garcia for approval of a Home Occupation Conditional Use Permit for approximately 0.32 acres located on the east side of Laurel Park Lane at approximately 13313 S. Laurel Park Lane. The property is currently zoned RA2 (Residential Agricultural, 20,000 ft² minimum lot size). The applicant is requesting that a Home Occupation Conditional Use Permit be approved to allow for the provision of esthetician services from the home and for customers to be allowed to come to the home as part of a home based business.
