Fox Landing Phase 3 Final Subdivision Plat: APPROVED

On the request of Derek Wright, representing Wright Homes, this application is a request for approval of a Final Subdivision Plat for approximately 15.6 acres located at approximately 11622 South Rolands Dr. The property is currently zoned R3 (Single-family Residential, 13,000 square foot lot minimum) and RA1 (Residential Agricultural, 40,000 square foot lot minimum). The applicant is requesting that a Final Subdivision Plat be approved to allow for the development of the currently vacant site as 35 additional residential lots within the Fox Landing Subdivision.

Big Willow Creek Phase 2 Final Subdivision Plat: APPROVED

On the request of Bryon Prince, representing Ivory Homes, this application is a request for approval of a Final Subdivision Plat for approximately 9.22 acres located, at approximately 425 West 11400 South. The property is currently zoned R4 (Single-family Residential, 10,000 square foot lot minimum). The applicant is requesting that a Final Subdivision Plat be approved to allow for the development of 29 new single-family residential lots within the Big Willow Creek development.

Blue Stakes of Utah Addition Amended Site Plan: APPROVED

On the request of Jeffrey Close, representing PGA&W Architects, this application is a request for approval of a site plan amendment for approximately 0.75 acres located at approximately 148 E 13200 S. The property is currently zoned CR (Regional Commercial) Zone. The applicant is requesting that a site plan amendment be approved to allow for the addition of approximately 2,313 square feet of commercial space to an existing commercial building of approximately 3,370 square feet and to modify the parking lot to accommodate the addition. Deviations to building design standards are requested in order to have the addition match the existing structure architecturally.

Quinn Court Office Amended Site Plan: DENIED

On the request of Jay Rice, representing JAR Real Estate Development, this application is a request for approval of an Amended Site Plan for approximately 1.93 acres located on the west side of 700 East, at approximately 11980 South 700 East. The property is currently zoned CN (Neighborhood Commercial). The applicant is requesting that an Amended Site Plan be approved to allow for a deviation to the buffer wall standards adjacent to residentially zoned property.
