NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold an electronic public hearing before the City Council on September 1, 2020, to receive public comment on a request by Draper City for a Text Amendment, known as the City Initiated 2020 Q3 Bulk Text Amendment, for the purpose of amending Draper City Municipal Code Sections 17-5-030, 9-27-150, 9-32-030, 9-3-040, 9-5-090, 9-19-090, 17-2-020, 17-3-020, 9-22-040, 17-1-040, and 17-4-020 in order to modify development access points requirements and reduce or eliminate the requirement for paper submissions with applications.
