PUBLIC HEARINGS

Draper Cove Site Plan: APPROVED

This application is a request for approval of a Site Plan for approximately 0.42 acres located in the northeast corner of Pioneer Road and 800 East, at approximately 12391 South 800 East. The property is currently zoned TC (Town Center). The applicant, Adam Orme, is requesting to have a Site Plan approved to allow for the development of commercial and office properties.

Bangerter Crossing Office Site Plan: APPROVED

This application is a request for approval of a Site Plan for approximately 1.67 acres located on the south side of Bangerter Parkway, at approximately 13673 South 100 East in the Bangerter Crossing development. The properties are currently zoned CR (Regional Commercial). The applicant, Elizabeth Cole, is requesting to have a Site Plan approved to allow for the development of an office building on a currently vacant site.
