NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on July 23, 2020, to receive public comment on a proposed text amendment to create a new zoning district called Commercial Buffer Zone (CBU). The proposed zone will be located in Chapter 9-11 (Commercial Zones) of the Draper City Municipal Code. Other related sections of Title 9 may also be amended as part of this proposal. Application number: TEXTMAP-1022-2020. This meeting will be an electronic meeting. Participation options will be listed on the agenda and the City’s website.
