Draper City is waiving all business license renewal penalty fees for business licenses that are currently expired. This penalty waiver shall be retroactive to February 1, 2020 and be in effect until December 31, 2020. Essentially if your business license has expired you will not be charged penalty fees to bring your business license current.
If you are a business that has paid penalty fees during this timeframe, email jennifer.larson@draper.ut.us to request a refund. You will however be responsible for the business license application fees as outlined in the City’s consolidated fee schedule.
