NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold an electronic public hearing before the Planning Commission on June 11, 2020, to receive public comment on a request by Brad Holmes, representing Holmes Homes. for a Land Use Map Amendment from Community Commerical to Neighborhood Commercial and a Zoning Map Amendment from (RA1 (Residential Agricultural, 40,000 square foot lot minmum) to CN (Neighborhood Commercial), known as the Holmes Homes Office Land Use Map Amendment and Zoning Map Amendment, located at approximately 11473 South 700 East, for the purpose of redeveloping 3.57 acres of property to an office use.
