The Annex Site Plan Approval Extension (690 E 12200 S): APPROVED

The Annex is a mixed use development located at 690 East 12200 South. It was approved by the Planning Commission on May 23, 2019 for 11 dwelling units and two office buildings. The site plan will convert the two existing homes on 700 East into office buildings, and build a separate apartment building off of 12200 South. Per Draper City Municipal Code Section 9-5-090(J) a site plan approval expires one year from the date of approval if a Land disturbance Permit is not issued. The code allows for one 6-month extension request for such expiration. The applicant has requested the one time 6-month extension and that is what is before the Planning Commission on May 14, 2020. If approved, the applicant will have until November 23, 2020 to obtain a Land Disturbance Permit or the site plan approval will expire.
