ACTION ITEMS
Noorda Lot Line Adjustment: APPROVED
Applicant Gus Sharry requested approval of a Lot Line Adjustment between two existing lots on 12733 S Costanza Way. The boundary line between the two lots will be adjusted so the front lot will be able to have shared access to a section of driveway that will access the rear of the home. This is a minor adjustment for better access so if one of the properties are sold in the future there will not be any issues with property lines between the two property owners.
Verizon Wireless SC3, SC4, and SC8: APPROVED
Contractors for Verizon Wireless are currently working to install a network of poles for the 5G system. These poles are typically 30’-50’ in height, black, and look like a light pole without the luminar arm. Pole locations are determined by engineers for the wireless company based on the coverage needs and are required to be in the public right-of-way, typically, in park strips. Three of these sites are requested at 323 E. Stokes Ave, 12617 S. Bridge Creek Way, and 315 E. Pheasant View Drive.
