NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold an electronic public hearing before the City Council on May 19, 2020 to receive public comment on a request by Draper City for a Text Amendment, known as the City Initiated Use Table Text Amendment, for the purpose of amending the use charts in Draper City Municipal Code Title 9. This amendment will review the permitted and conditional uses within the use charts for all agricultural, residential, commercial, public facilities, manufacturing, transit station district, and commercial special districts with the intent of reducing the number of listed conditional uses within the City. This meeting will be an electronic meeting. Participation options will be listed on the agenda and the City’s website.
