NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold an electronic public hearing before the City Council on April 21, 2020, to receive public comment on a request by Justin Grubb, representing YESCO LLC for a Text Amendment change to the Draper City Municipal Code (DCMC) Section 9-26-070 to accommodate more modern upgrades for restaurant drive-through menu boards so they can be digitally operated and controlled throughout the city. This meeting will be an electronic meeting. Participation options will be listed on the agenda and the City’s website.
